Frequently asked Questions

COVID TESTING FAQ 

Rapid Antigen Tests – results are sent in 30 minutes to 1 hour

Rapid RT-PCR Tests – results are sent within 2 hours 

RT-PCR Tests (sent to lab) – they can take 24-48 hours 

Please note – these times may vary based on volume of work  if there are spikes in number of cases. 

Rapid RT-PCR is acceptable for travel purposes if your travel destination requires a “RT-PCR” test. 

Refunds need to be requested  24 hours prior to the appointment date/time. Refunds will have a 10% processing fee due to credit card charges. 

We only take insurance for the RT-PCR Test samples that are sent to the lab. The lab bills your insurance company and we act as a “collection site” for your sample. COVID tests are typically billed under Medial benefit and as a pharmacy, we do not bill medical insurance. 

Yes, we do. Simply email us at info@milltownpharmacy.com and we will accommodate any requests you have for off-site testing.
