Description
Folafy® ER is an orally administered medical food* for use only under the supervision of a physician for the metabolic management of low 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (5-MTHF) levels associated with depression.
Take one capsule two times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Individuals taking medication should discuss potential interactions with their healthcare practitioner. Do not use if tamper seal is damaged.
Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
Wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, animal or dairy products, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or artificial preservatives.
Microcrystalline cellulose, HPMC (capsule), magnesium stearate, and silica.
